Creamy Peanut Butter

Makes 1 jar

2 cups (300 gr) roasted and salted peanuts
1 ½ tsp granulated sugar
3 to 4 tbsp vegetable oil (peanut oil is best)


Place the peanuts in a food processor.

Blend for 2 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl if needed.

Stir in the sugar and oil.

Continue to blend for 1 minute or until smooth – do not over blend!

Place the peanut butter in a glass jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
