This is a very unique collection of recipes... Beautifully simple and beautifully photographed. I love the cover with the soft leather feel and then just a simple hook embellished on the front.
But, true to its name, the inside is filled with treats ranging from simply basic to divinely sublime. I’ve always felt intimidated trying to cook ocean fare…No more!
Want to know the real reason I ultimately bought this book? It had a gorgeous photo and recipe for Scallop Carpaccio which I had tasted a couple of years ago when traveling through France and the photo is almost identical to what I had tried. I couldn’t find a recipe…until now. I can’t wait to try it.
