PB & Jam Sandwich

PB & Jam Sandwich

Serves 1

2 slices of gluten-free multigrain bread
Peanut butter - See recipe here
Berry jam - See recipe in Shine Vol. 2


Toast the bread. Spread 2 tbsp of peanut butter on one toast.

Spread a thin layer of raspberry jam on top. Place another toast on top.

Slice diagonally using a long serrated knife.

Enjoy and be careful, this is highly addictive!
